The ‘Pool Restaurant’ by the swimming pool is open daily from May to September from 12:30 to 15:30 and serves international dishes and Maltese specialities.
* The bars
Charlie’s Bar and the Pool Bar are open for drinks and snacks.
* The outdoor freshwater pool has a separate children’s pool. Sunloungers, mattresses, parasols and beach towels are available. The smaller indoor heated freshwater pool also has sun-loungers, mattresses, and beach towels available. More over there is a fitness centre which includes sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
* Function and wedding
If you would like to organize a wedding, a special meal, a party, a reunion with friends or family or a memorable meal with your friends, the food & beverage department is here to help you to make your occasion a memorable one. Wedding ceremonies can be held in the Castle's chapel, and after the ceremony one can organize a splendid dinner or even a standing up reception to make this very special day a day to remember. Gala dinners for groups and parties can also be organized in the hotel.

The Vitale Hall conference room is located in the historic 270-year-old Selmun Castle.
