The keys are to be collected in Valmanga's office, in the complex Hawaii V, Gran Vía km 8500, exit 80, hourly summer hours: Monday to Friday 10:00h to 14:00h and 17:00h to 20:00h, Saturday and Sunday 10:00h to 13:00h and 17:00h to 19:00h. Winter hous: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00h and 16:00h to 19:00h. If the client arrives after these hoursthey have to call by telephone (0034 96 8140742).
