Position: The Patrizia & Residenza hotel is located in the famous area of Marina Centro of Rimini, just a few steps away from the beach and not far away from the historic city centre. Completely new renovated in 2001, with all kind of comfort.
Rooms: All room have special furniture and are equipped with: private bathrooms, shower cubicle, hairdryer, balcony, telephon, sat tv, minibar, safe.
The CLASSIC room have side sea view.
The STANDARD room are located on the dependance (Residenza), just 50 mt away from the main building.
Restaurant: The restaurant of Hotel Patrizia & Residenza **** is situated in front of the sea. Most famous chefs have worked here. Everyone can taste dishes which belongs to the regional, national and international kitchen.
Outside: The hotel was last refurbished in 1994.
The hotel is made up of 2 buildings: All the services/facilities of the hotel plus some rooms are found in the main building (the Hotel Patrizia) while in the depandance (Residenza) there are only rooms. The depandance of the hotel is located directly in front of it on the other side of the street.

SPORT & FACILITIES:
Swimming pool opening period from 23/05/09 to 12/09/09 (opening hours 09:00 am - 01:00 pm and 03:00 pm - 07:00 pm), free use of sun umbrella and sun beds around the pool, towels available on request with a supplement.
Parking: limited availability.
