Opened in 1995, the complex was completely renovated in 1999. The 6-storey building houses a total of 77 lodgings, of which 76 are apartments and 1 is a suite. Facilities include a 24-hour reception service, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Furthermore, there is a café, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a TV room, a games room and a small supermarket. Guests arriving by car are able to park in the hotel's own car park.
