The Itacaré Village is located within the Villas of São José Condominium, which is a residential and hotel-oriented condominium with a 176 hectare area which, in turn, is located within an Environment Protection area. Of this area, 70% is comprised of virgin Mata Atlântica forest. Inside the condominium there is a Natural Heritage Private Reservation that preserves this native forest which is one of the most beautiful and rich in the region.

The condominium’s entrance gate is located 1 km from downtown and 4,5km from Eco Village, which is near São José Beach, one of the most beautiful in Itacaré and that offers an incredible biodiversity of flora and fauna.
