Hotel ipan is sitting at the bottom of 2,5 km long bay overlooking the mediterranian beauty of the Elaphite archipelago, an hour boat ride from Dubrovnik, the Mediterranian Pearl. Formerly an olive oil factory, building was refurbished into a modern hotel with a unique atmosphere in 2007.
The restaurant serves international cuisine and a rich breakfast buffet style. The hotel also offers bar and lounge, cocktail bar under the palms and a fine dining restaurant.

With its mix of restored stone houses, luxury villas and 32 historic churches, Sipanska Luka is one of those rare places where old customs and traditions are still alive.
