Since the early 1950s, Ravello has hosted the celebrated Wagnerian Music Festival in July in the grounds of the Villa Rufolo, to commemorate the composer's love for Ravello and the inspiration that he derived from the Villa Rufolo for the second act of Parsifal. Villa Rufolo is a magnificent medieval villa surrounded by extensive gardens, the exotic oriental plants and fountains frame an excellent view over the jagged peaks and the distant Maiori Bay. |

The Belvedere Restaurant, located on the Belvedere area close to the pool, open air restaurant (80 seating). The poolside snacks & bar serves informal luncheons and drinks. * Sailing:
Motor and sailing boat excursions depart from Amalfi and cruise past the villages of Atrani, Minori and Maiori, as well as the plethora of creeks and inviting bays.
