The Residence is located on the road in between Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro, both towns offer plenty of possibilities such as shopping as well as different services to make you enjoy your stay.The Residence counts 31 units (apartments) with 2 or 3 rooms each. They are very nicely furnished. You will dispose of a colour tv, a private telephone, a kitchen ,a large furnished terrace with sea view, a private parking and just in case the temperatures would eventually decrease there is an independent heating system. We also provide the laundry and its services. The apartments are being cleaned every day and the laundry will be changed every 3 days
